Cakes

• As cakes are handcrafted and each chef has his/her own way of making and designing a cake, there might be a slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape.
• There are certain unforeseen circumstances like rain, accidents etc where delivery can be delayed a little wherein we will try our best to deliver each product on time for the best service experience.
• Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports or toothpicks or wooden skewers for support, so kindly check the placement of these items before serving.
• Non edible items can be used on the cake in order to make it closer to the design which completely depends upon the type of design selected or customised.
• Please keep the cake in room temperature for 30-60 minutes before consuming for better taste.
• In order to give good customer experience we always use organic colours in the cake but Strong/Dark Colours like Red, Blue, and Black etc have a potential to stain teeth, tongue, linen, clothing and furniture upon contact.
• The cake should be consumed with in 24 hrs.
• Sometime in rare case substitutions of flavours/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or unavailability of the product.
• As the cakes are perishable in nature so product will be attempted for the delivery only once.
• Delivery address provided by the sender will not be change same day and once the order is out for delivery.
• In order to give proper shape and design to the cake fondant is used which is sugary in nature and doesn’t contains softness like a cream cake.

Flowers

• Flowers delivered can be fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or in form of bud depending upon the availability.
• When flowers are arrived trim the stem and add water in the pot to keep it fresh for longer time, do not keep it as it is as they are perishable in nature.
• Always use clean water and clean vase.
